As the calendar ticks over into October, PSDTUTS’s sister site ThemeForest has made it to 1 month of age! We’re very excited about ThemeForest’s potential over here at Envato and I’m working hard to build traffic and content on the site. So I thought I’d take a moment to show you 21 of the neatest themes so far. There are plenty more to look through (200 more in fact), but these ones are my favourites!
Business is always going to be a popular category and it incudes the highest selling template (Justin Scheetz’ drop-down enabled, multi-pack extravaganza) as well as a couple of templates from me that I somehow managed to find time to make. So here are 8 of the best:

Another popular file category on ThemeForest is the Creative / Portfolio section and it’s not surprising as there are a few very impressive looking portfolios. As with all templates you’d probably want to do some customization to make them yours, but they certainly provide a good baseline.

I love WordPress, most of our Envato sites besides the marketplaces themselves are running on some version of WordPress. In fact the new TUTS theme which is in testing right now, is WordPress to the max! how about a few more decent tutorials… the rate of new tutorials has severly dropped off over the last month or 2

the “our community” theme is pretty much replicated from WooThemes “Fresh News”. Might want to check it out.

Lawrence.. come on.. you’ve posted multiple times in every article here and you haven’t added anything of substance. Collis created this website as well as all of the others on the Envato network and I’m sure he has a lot of work to do, so he probably doesn’t have too much time to be making text tutorials, especially right now.

@Jake Toolson: Most magazine/news themes follow a general structure which works well. Our Community is not a copy of FreshNews at all, and Kailoon is a very talented designer.
You also emailed me accusing my GamePress theme to be a copy of FreshNews. HOW? The only similarity is that they both use WordPress…
terrific themes, i am this close to chucking trying to design a few of my own and buy some themeplates so i can go on with my life…lol.
for folks like Lawrence, (and sometimes even me), i was wondering if your company could give your network of wonderful sites the ability to have editable comments, at least editable for the time the window is open or logoff. i know i have posted and found i have misspelled or forgot to add something.
This is great to see them in one place like this. It looks like the feeds are working. I kept getting 404’s when I clicked on links from the rss feed in my reader but they all came through today. Is the initial view when you click on a section , like wordpress, showing the newest themes?
