As part of the 2nd day of Envato’s Birthday Bash celebrations we are offering not one but two fantastic Premium tutorials. If you want to take your photo manipulation work to the next level while playing with fire, or create stunning typographic artworks with a glossy 3D-look, these tutorials will impress you.

Tutorial #1: How to Create a Striking Typographic Illustration
Rather than fueling the debate of which is better, we’re going to use the power of 3D, raster and vector in this almost obsessive typographic treatment. This Premium tutorial relies on the stellar combination of C4D, Illustrator and Photoshop and touches on aspects of 3D Modeling, vector integration, brush work and photo manipulation. This is all coordinated to create a final illustrated typography design.

Tutorial #2: How to Create a Fallen Angel on Fire Photo Manipulation
The idea for this tutorial is to create a fantasy photo manipulation, while explaining how to create realistic fire using some of Photoshop’s best tricks. We’ll also paint hair in a few easy steps and of course learn how to use filters, adjustment layers and masks. Let’s go!

This is great! Thank you Envato, and you sure are having a great birthday bash here!
These tutorials are beautiful, glad I became a plus member awhile back!
I’ve been a plus member for like 4 months now, but I only really get to use the Net tuts… I can’t do half of the plus tuts from PSD tuts or Vector tuts because they also use like C4D and stuff… which I don’t have.
Very nice! Thanks
I waited to read this tutorial from Alex since I saw that image in his portfolio. I love his style.
Me too…
same =)
Awesome! Thanks for the great resources! Happy B-Day!
I thought there would be 2 more for a total of 4 PLUS TUTS….that would be wicked!!!
This Birthday is only for PLUS members…
Yeah, so basically it was at least $10 to RSVP for this “party”. Upsetting. :/
Tomorrow is our main day of celebration (our actual birthday) where we have an awesome free Birthday Bundle for all readers, Plus and non-Plus alike. I think you’re gonna like it!
Thx a lot guys for ur work which one u provided us
Happy Birthday again
These look stunning, great work
Is the first one forming a word?
yes i think that say “enough”
Not ONE regular tut this week.
Oh my god, they are all so beautiful, I have no idea how I shawl make time for them all!
Amazing tutorials, glad I signed up to plus a long time ago has been a priceless resource, hope these two prove as useful to me as the rest have.
Oh yeah… I should definitely comment on here more
Both very nice and useful tutorials, there’s no C4D source of the first one though, even if it says it is.
Nice! Perfect tutorials for the birthday, with a great quality!
Too bad it’s plus…
I love the first tutorial, a nice combination of C4D and psd. The lack of a C4D source on the tutorial is a small downside. Overall plus is so worth it!
Too bad my “glass” material doesn’t come out as glass att all…. Any ideas as to why?
Great tuts anyways!
