Great New Contest Entries and the Clock is Ticking—Tick Toc
The Psdtuts+ Flickr group will be entering it’s final week shortly. The month ends next Saturday. So, the time to turn in those entries is winding down. Get yours in on time! Good luck!
Collis and I are working out the details for the next contest. It will likely be announced after the winners from this contest are chosen at the end of the month. It’s looking like a cool and fun contest for next month though.
There are some great new entries into the May competition. Lots of ranges of styles, themes, and great polished images. We’ve got an unraveling break dancer, a fire dragon, a cartoonish nuclear explosion test site, and more. Check out some great entries below.

Man, I hope I can cone day compete at this level. I guess that’s why I’m here. :)
For me the first and fourth ones are the best. I feel that the 5th one is good but would have benefitted from a darker background. I also think that number 3 uses the vector technique to great effect and it actually lookes much better on a statue tha on real people, however the background is not so pleasing.

I love the idea behind the first design, but I don’t care much for the text. The staircase in the fourth picture also looks quite amazing. For those who entered the contest and have a change of winning, good luck!

@Author: Sean Hodge – dude in the first competition article it said all you have to do is put your entry into the psd flickr group pool nothing about naming it an entry – does this mean only images youve labelled are in the running – please inform me cos i put loads of images on expecting them all to be included without labelling them cheers buddy
