As for handouts.... Well the videos are there to support the original tutorials, I think it is always best if you try the tutorial first and then if you get stuck try and figure it out for yourself. If you do, then you are more likely to remember how you did it than if you just copy and paste. I think the videos teach you more if you use them with the written tutorials, there is a delay between the written tutorial and the video, this gives you time to have a go and see what you can do. If you have a plus membership then you can use the files to see how an effect was done. I think using a combination of the three is the best way to learn. If you just want a quick fix then follow the video.

I am sure these videos are cool. Too bad that they could not offer captions for the hearing impaired because I am deaf. :-(

Let me know if you know any tutorial videos that does come with captions.

Thanks,
Erik

WOW THANKS, this is realllyy an UPGRADE. Reading tutorials are good and all, but when it comes down to it.... Video learning is the new next generation learning. Its so much easier to learn from a video than trying to read because if something goes wrong, the text cant tell you what you did wrong. Whereas videos, you can see step by step where you could have messed up. I've been waiting for this for a while. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
