    On my CS6, the shortcut for #10 is the third one, ‘Alt/Opt’. If I try to use ‘Ctrl’, the only layer it affects is the one I am on.
    This does not work on mine and I know I haven’t changed any default settings. Wonder what that is all about. Is there another way I may have inadvertently changed this?
