Got 90% but I cheated!! :P, I had my photoshop open and tried some confusing questions there in photoshop but still got #6 wrong!! Damn!!

But it was fun!! Can I apply for adobe certified Expert too? I’m from Nepal and i see a very few possibility!!

  8. Stevenson says:

I want to squabble about the “correct” answer to question #4. Layer Comps control the visibility of the layers in a native PSD file. But they are useless for managing different versions of the same composition if you don’t first have those layers present in the document. The most elegant way to do this is through Layer Groups [1 Group per version].

  9. kc says:

First time it was 40%… :(
But on second attempt it was 100% :D

  10. i scored 30 :( very bad

  11. Dougieladd says:

That’s a good idea… Martin… why not continue this train of thought and create a series of quizzes to help us get our PS certification too :) Thanks!

  12. zahirul says:

I scored a lousy 60% :-( and been working with Photoshop since version 3.0.
Then again, I been working as a cook for several years leaving Photoshop untouched.

  17. Denny says:

This is really fun. Got a 80% :/ Keep them coming PSDtuts!

  18. Sheldon says:

Question 1′s answer is wrong, you can technically change the blending mode of multiple layers by pasting a copied layer style when you have multiple layers selected. It will however paste effects like strokes, gradients or whatever as well. Still possible though..

  19. MoonBoy says:

80% from me, Never used Lens for Smart objects :)

  20. Imtiyaz Quraishi says:

I got 90% on the first try itself.. I was wrong about layer comps, which I didn’t know yet. I always managed it using layer groups.

  21. Dan says:

Would anyone tell me how can you change opacity for multiple selected layers? (see question 1)

  22. David García says:

30% i’dont understand the question, i’speak little english.. XD

  23. Tommisauce says:

Love the idea of these quizzes. I did the vector tuts one recently – lets have some more please. I’ve been using the Adobe suite for years but didn’t get 100% :( However I think that is more to the way the question has been posed than my lack of Adobe skills.

    Keep the quizzes coming.

  24. sophie says:

The first answer is not true. You can change blending modes by pasting layer styles on multiple selected layers.

  25. nas says:
