  • Fulvio

4/10 questions on Adobe Bridge? :S

  • Disappointed

Should be titled, Test Your Adobe Bridge Knowledge. 5 of the questions had nothing to do with Photoshop.

I think it’s kinda wrong to put half of the questions about Bridge on a Photoshop test. I know they’re related, but.. You wouldn’t start asking about Lightroom too, I guess.

  • g

Bridge is not PS, will never use bridge, time waster.

    • Nii

      Absolutely time waster.

  • Av Praneeth

Damn Rename it too ” Test your Adobe bridge Knowledge” !

  • http://www.pixelglow.ro Silviu Stefu

:)) This is the Adobe Bridge Test. I failed.

  • http://www.insepsis.com Insepsis

Got a 50% on this, but got 100% on the Photoshop part since only about 1/2 this test is photoshop and the other half is bridge specific.

  • Ti

Bridge? Really? This should have been called Test your Bridge knowledge.

      I love you.

Indeed. More like a Adobe Bridge quiz. I don’t use it.
I am glad they told the write answers at the end of the quiz. :)

To be fair…there is no such thing as aspect ration. Aspect Ratio sure…I think this is a typo.

  • http://www.idesignit.co.il/ Elron

This is a Bridge quiz, not photoshop…

  • Scott Mason

Only got one wrong and it was a Photoshop question. Definitely mislabeled quiz though, bridge is certainly not Photoshop. I use it daily as its own entity.

  • Adam

How did you make the test? What program(s) did you use?

  • Marcio

OK, I know nothing about bridge… where is the PS test ???

  • http://manifestingyourtruelove.com Lorii Abela

I agree with everyone else. Most of the question is about your knowledge in bridge. Got only 5/10.

  • Gray

Not cool about the Adobe Bridge questions. Thats not Photoshop is it?

  • Rad

    I got 60% corect

  • trevor

This was a bridge too far for me!

  • http://www.enblancocreativo.com Enblanco Creativo

I got 50%, not bad because I never use Bridge ;)

  • Strainger

7/10 correct. For all those people complaining about ”It is mainly a Bridge Quiz”, Bridge is part of Photoshop. Both of them are using Camera Raw as their ”engine”.

How often do i use Bridge? Very often! I don’t like it to do the CTRL/Command + O (open file) action time and time again and then start searching for a file. Having Bridge always opened, i only have to double tab the file in Bridge to open it up in PS. You can do a lot of corrections to a photo without Photoshop. (and if Bridge isn’t enough, and CS× too expensive, Lightroom 3 or 4 is 20% the CS5 or CS6 price, but very powerful!)

  • LOrdann

    4/10 … adobe bridge -_- misleading

  • http://http://www.creare-webdesign.co.uk/ Bradley West

This is the same sort of problem as before as putting it as a general Photoshop knowledge quiz however a lot of the questions were actually about Adobe Bridge. It’s a bit disappointing, as I haven’t really used Bridge before. At least with the Photoshop questions themselves I got those right :).

    1. Bridge and Camera Raw are part of the Adobe Expert certification scope, that could explain why so many questions about them have been inclueded into those tests. Maybe that should be mentioned somewhere in that page to avoid people being upset .

    2. I’m a photographer and teacher and use Bridge on a daily basis, first to sort images, select them, very usefull, I use it to directly send my RAW images to Camera Raw, in 98% of the time I don’t use Photoshop for my images, only Bridge and Camera Raw, I use as well Bridge to export galleries for web publication.
I use photoshop when special effect or compositing is needed, and of cours when I teach it.

Finally I would say that this test is more suitable for photographers or teachers. So don’t be frustrated and feel free to take time watching some videos about camera Raw and Bridge and quit climbing on high horses, it really worth the try, but I don’t force anyone.
