    Question 3 is kind of awkward, because there’s no absolute zoom minimum. Quite contrary to the maximum zoom level, it actually is relative.

    Question #3 is incorrect. It can be zoom out even less.

      Official Photoshop Help says maximum magnification is 3200% and minimum is 1 pixel. depend on file size comes and magnification level, so there isn’t other minimum magnification level beside 1 pixel.
