  • Nate

    ok, that one was hard

  • Jorpaes

    8 correct questions, nothing bad.

    Question #8:

Why say “Choose all that applies” when you can’t pick more than one?

  • http://jide.fi Janne

    9/10 :)
But have to admit that 2 of them was pure instinct and lucky guess :D

What number represents the best quality for JPEG compression? Why is that? Maybe 12 is best quality/size, right?

    • http://www.jeremiahclark.com JClark

Florescu: The scale for jpeg compression in the Save dialog goes from 1-12, with 12 being the highest quality and least compression. I actually got that one wrong though, probably made the same mistake you did and thought of the quality setting in the Save for Web dialog, which goes from 1-100.

I agree that the first two questions were irrelevant. Why would I care about either?

Why does anyone care about q1 and q2?

  • Trevor

    Only 6, “must try Harder”

  • ElegantArtist

    50% (^_^)

  • Strainger

    90% correct….i can live with that ;-)

Can’t wait for the next quiz (are you about to do some CS6 quizes soon? i guess no, because it’s too brand new)

  • Castelo

    Disappointing! You scored 40%
    LOL!

  • http://www.psdbox.com Andrei Oprinca

Well it wasn’t that easy, 50%. These type of questions are asked if you want to become a certified expert. I think that many questions are way too specific and about things that maybe 90% of the users never use, not even professionals.

I agree that you must know a lot in order to work efficiently but each user kind “specializes” in certain style so what’s the point of knowing all the technical aspects of features you don’t use.

Anyway, the more you know the better for you.
