Did you cut the hair out separately?

In step 5, as soon as I click multiply it turns the image black??  Any ideas?</description>

I suggest to make full screenshots of PS or make a video if it is possible. It could be great then. Thanks for the tutorial btw, they look pretty awesome.</description>
