really no up to the usual standard oh and first
bert monroy was at the photoshop world expo. i saw him twice, its safe to say he knows what he is doing. bang it out bert
that’s cool but what program did he use to make his background transparent so it looked like his was working on the OSX dock?
I didn’t like it one bit…
This was terrible… It doesn’t look realistic in any way and if I didn’t know better I would’ve thought it was a complete newbie working in Photoshop.
He knows the tricks, but i absolutely don’t like the outcome.
His stuff is usually nice, but this reminds me of something a beginner would create…mainly because we created an iPod in “Introduction to Computer Graphics” when students were first learning how to use Photoshop. Oh well, maybe someone will find it useful!
on mac you can use PS on your desktop
I love revision3′s stuff, is this going to be the last ep of this show?
this is an episode from the PixelPerfect podcast…
Neither did I – didn’t look good, it took too long
This is something I would expect from a kid on YouTube to be honest.
But seeing this as beeing a sponsored screencats etc.. I would expect something of a higher quality.
What’s that?
the iPod looks like shit!
With all respect, he’s maybe good, he explains and use all of the photoshop stuff correctly, but sorry, this nano looks crappy.
that ipod looks terrible…shocking recreation…so many better tutorials available.
Bert is the man. Have you seen any of his work? These screencasts are to teach you the techniques. This dude totally knows what he is talking about.
McNastys iBurger. I really dont like the result
