And the grey "adjustment layer" doesnt seem to make any diference to the picture since the cloud layer isnt transparent.... What am i doing wrong... Anyone that's having the same problem - it's because yout cannot create curve layers when using 32 bit RGB. Go to Image > Mode > 16 Bits/Channel and you should then be able to select it.
