Hi, I can't get past step 4 "After that, convert it to Smart Filters, apply a Gaussian Blur and change the opacity to 60%."

I've done what you said but it's not working. It lets me apply the blur but doesn't show that it has done it. Do you know what might be going wrong?

I have made a sample psd file for use in helping the tutorial for begginers.
