I am an amateur photographer with all the good equipment. I am trying to learn to take good images but also understand that most photographers do editing with Photoshop. I bought the book, Photoshop CS5 The Missing Manual, and I have been having problems in being able to understand even the basic actions of Photoshop. I just found this site and decided to view this episode first since I did not understand the benefits of shooting in camera RAW. This one episode made it perfectly clear to me. You explained it so well and your use of examples showed clearly how the different tools worked to improve the photos. I have changed the setting on my D300 to shoot in RAW. I plan to view each of your episodes and think if they are all as good as this one, I will be able to put the book on the shelf. Thank you so much! Carol
