The square bracket keys will not necessarily work on (some) european keyboards unless temporarily and, in my opinion, clunkily set up to use an american typing language in windows.

Either that, or you can change those particular keys in the keyboard shortcut menu, which still is a hassle for shortcuts which should be easily available from the beginning.

It’s a shame that the keyboard shortcuts for such a popular and widely used photo editor and tool doesn’t have a full international standard.

It’s also a shame because the keyboard layer navigation really does improve workflow and the speed at which you work.

Alt + (.) selects top most layer, Alt + (,) selects bottom most layer. When Background layer is present it will remain deselected when using Ctrl + Alt + A to select all layers but it will be selected as bottom most layer – Alt + (,).

It is all so cool but when u mentioned about stroke (not real stroke) in shape layer that photoshop shows (3:20 in the movie) i thought u will explain how to turn that off. In CS5 u have to just click on the layer thumb to turn that off now i CS6 this isnt working… Its annoying when u want to add a other glow for example and sill see this photoshop stroke :/

Just watched this series. After using Photoshop for years I’m shocked at how much really important and useful information I learned. I would suggest adding a wrap up or overview video at the very end that really quickly sums up all the tips.
    Thanks!
