    Awesome vid Martin, as always. One thing about using text-based smart objects in this way is that a substantial transform will often result in some pixelation/blurring. A nice way of reducing this is to convert the text layer to a shape before turning it into a smart object; doing it this way will help you to retain the sharp edges of your text. I

    f you need to maintain edibility (or some semblance of it), create a smart object from the text layer, enter the smart object, duplicate the text layer, convert to shape and hide the original text layer. You can subsequently enter the smart object again, delete the shape layer, duplicate the hidden text layer, make your edits, convert to shape and repeat if necessary.

    But with Smart Object, we don’t losing quality with distort?

    I’am already testing this – shape was better.
