How to Create a Dark Surreal Illustration in Photoshop – Screencast

Mar 9th in Screencasts by Gavin Steele

"First of all, I would like to thank Toma Alin Gabriel for collaborating with me in creating this wonderful piece. In this tutorial we are going to create a dark surreal illustration using a few techniques and a handful of images. In the end, we will apply stylish color settings and give the illustration that extra polish it needs to give it that finished look." - Constantin Potorac

Sorry about that, we are in the middle of moving away from vimeo. There will be a flash version very soon :)

Interesting final image. However a lot of hard work, insignificant adjustments and stuff-up’s to get there. Sorry to be critical but BORING! Sorry :) Maybe in your future tutorials, you can leave out the exact color and adjustment numbers and make it more about the technique? That’s what you are showing, no?
