How to Create a Richly Ornate Typographic Illustration – Screencast

May 6th in Screencasts by Gavin Steele

"When looking for top quality content, you're usually forced to pay for your resources. They're generally better and easier to work with, and offer a wider range of use. Sometimes though, you can find the same level of quality at zero cost, and it's exactly what we're going to do today. We're going to create a detailed illustration with free gifts and self made goodies." - Alex Beltechi

Nope, but you might need to download the latest flash version.

Always love your videos, but I must admit that trying to learn when you work on a very dark background (which is often) is quite annoying at times. You were really struggling at the end of this video and it was painful to watch.

    Gavin,

Quite impressive to say the least! I am not sure if others monitors are turned too low, or what the problem may have been…but it literally looks as though you are designing it right on my computer. Just out of curiosity, are you using CamStudio for your videos?

Your level of expertise is impressive, and I would recommend anyone who is wanting to learn advanced tips and tricks of Photoshop to view your work.

    Cheers
